What is wrong with the world? So much war and famine and crime. What is the cause of these problems? It's not just the way of the world. It is not meant to be and it does not have to be. The cause of all these problems is mismanagement by the world's governments. What I propose here is a model for a perfect government, a way to bring an end to all of society's ills. Superstate - the pragmatic Utopia.

The reason nations have problems is because their government is rubbish. The reason the world has problems is because it has no government at all. This is why the Superstate shall be a world state. Only a world government can solve world problems. So how do we ensure that the world government is not rubbish? Well, we must follow my guidelines. Of course I know the solutions to all of the world's problems.

It would seem, however, that the governments of this world do not want to give over any power to a higher government for the benefit of all mankind. The implementation of Superstate on this planet will therefore be rather difficult, which is why I propose to terraform the planet Venus, and set up Superstate there instead.
